It was still there at noon, when I left. It was moving all around the perimeter of the barbed wire and landing inside the enclosure on concrete posts and walls as well.
Thanks so much for the original post so we could get to see such a beautiful bird! It looked so spectacular through Jeanette's scope....more thanks!
