It is at the far west end of Miramar Parkway and the unpaved roadway to the area is posted. However the restriction is not enforced. As a resident I can access the area without leaving Homeowners Association property. There is a locked vehicle gate, but there is no barrier to foot traffic. Parking is an issue-- the only legal parking is a small grassy area on the shoulder along the barrier, but do not block the gate or park on roadway. Best to arrange with a resident (me) to park legally inside the Monaco Cove subdivision.
