Green Cay was "prime time" this past Tuesday with many warblers including black-throated blue, pine, palm, and B&W. A merlin also buzzed the baby common gallinules ( surprise there as they were only about 7 days out of nest). A large group of roseate spoonbills came in. The first 5 would have been a treat but they kept coming and coming. In all about 25 and then a pair with three young came in and finished the show. A treat was the bt-blue feeding on beauty berries. That was in the first hammock and feeder on the east side heading north. A small warbler appeared nearby and I can't determine if it is a Nashville or a common yellowthroat female eastern. See picture
No luck on the rose-breasted grosbeek.
