Western Spindalis still on Key Biscayne 12/9

The Western Spindalis is still in Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park in the same general area as before. Starting at the bench on north end of bike path, go to the 6th wooden post. At ~20 ft past that and ~30 ft east, the bird was in a Strangler Fig. It was constantly singing its chatter-like song.

Also on Key Biscayne, yesterday at 4 PM I observed an adult light Pomarine Jaeger as it flew south from Government Cut. In a 10-minute period I saw 23 adult Northern Gannets.
