I would be interested in a bunting count and geographic location complied from actual observations on one day only at specific locations at a specific time. This is an invitation to participate in a one day only, October 31, 2011, count. Please list the largest numbers of male/female painted buntings, indigo buntings, and lazuli buntings at a feed site. An example might be:
5 female painted buntings
2 male
No indigo, no lazuli
All observed at one time @ 4:45 PM in a feeder by Wiles Road, North Coral Springs.
This might prove interesting. Please no commentary other than the bunting count. Email your count
