Need help with an ID

Need help with an ID of this guy, shot was taken at Sullivan Park with a nikon D3000 & 70-300 l- there are also some pics of the Kirtland's all taken Friday between 12-2 pm. http://www.flickr.com/photos/friedafort/6267189459/
