I assume this bird would almost have to be a HY/juvenile bird due to the lack of black speckling or barring on the breast. Would also explain the lack of extensive white feathering around the bill.

I think we can narrow this bird down to subspecies -- and due to the small size and orange bill in the field, could this be a Greenland bird?

Looked awfully confused and stressed out in that field so I am not sure it will stay long.
