At Birch State Park about 600+ Barn Swallows, 60 Cliff Swallows, and a few Purple Martins passed over heading south between eight and ten this morning along with about 30 warblers and Blue-gray Gnatcatchers. Otherwise, the birding today in east central Broward County didn't turn up anything other than the usual early migrants in moderate numbers.
