The correct name is Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. The original name was Cape Florida and at one point, names were added to Florida state parks. For example: Birch State Park is now Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. Here is the URL:

You can pick up a map at the entrance booth. Rickenbacker Causeway is a toll road. Watch your speed along the causeway and in the village.
