Black-throated Gray Warbler and Nashville.

: I saw the Black-throated Gray Warbler today at Matheson Hammock Park. I : had it about 10:30 a.m. about 100 feet south of the bathrooms feeding in : the Oaks. I also saw a Nashville Warbler across Old Cutler on the : Nature Trail road. Park in the south parking lot on the north end of : Fairchild Tropical Gardens. Cross Old Cutler here and look for the dirt : road going through the Hammock. It was about 75 yards down the road, : look for a large rusty pipe that comes above ground on the right side. : The bird was feeding in the trees in this area. : I also birded in Miami Springs and Kendall in search of parakeets and : parrots. I saw the following species: : Monk Parakeet : Mitred Parakeet : Orange-fronted Parakeet : Green Parakeet : Dusky-headed Parakeet : Yellow-chevroned Parakeet : White-winged Parakeet : Blue-crowned Parakeet : Orange-winged Parrot : White-fronted Parrot : one unidentified parakeet : Maybe I should attempt a "Big Parrot and Parakeet day." I know that it : would be possible to add these other species. : Red-masked Parakeet : Black-hooded Parakeet : Lilac-crowned Parrot : Red-crowned Parrot : If I drove up to the Ft.
