Three back to back excellent days at the Florida Keys Hawkwatch - the floodgates opened after the stormy weather.

We broke the site's Broad-wing record with 1363 birds yesterday (10-10).
We had 301 Peregrines today.
Diversity is excellent now, with Mississippi Kites still coming through - we had 8 yesterday, and Short-tails and Swainson's already moving through on a daily basis.
Kestrels, Accipiters and Harriers are on the rise, and Ospreys hold steady.
If you have not yet visited the new revamped Florida Keys Hawkwatch, please make a point of stopping by this year. The hawkwatch has been taken under the auspices of a new Florida coalition, spearheaded by your Tropical Audubon Society. Please take part.
