Chestnut-sided Warbler at West Miramar ESL

Just after sunrise, I spotted this little guy. For a moment I thought it was a Ruby-crowned Kinglet because of its pronounced white eye ring and cocked up tail, but its bill was larger and it had pronounced contrast between upper and undersides, two yellow wing bars, and it did not flit like a kinglet.
