For comparison, here is female Cassin's Finch from FLICKR. Note eyebrow, which is more subdued than Purple Finch, and breast streaking more distinct than House Finch, contrasting with white breast. Also larger bill with straight culmen (noticeably curved in House Finch) and longer wings.
