Orchard View was very birdy--found Blk&White Warblers, Magnolia Warblers, Ruby Throated Hummingbird, Red Eye Vireo, N. Parula, Summer Tanager AND my lifer GOLDEN WING WARBLER. It was at first very shy...but later gave excellent views as it worked it's way through a large ficus and some smaller gumbo limbos. It was moving between the parking lot area and to the right side of the bathrooms.
Nearby Delray Oaks was not as exciting--plenty of BG Gnatcatchers and two Blk Throated Blues
