Is anyone else getting the large influx of Common Grackles I am getting? I have never had so many and I estimate I am getting 50-70 at a time in my small yard.I am afraid they will displace other birds I usually get(such as the Red-winged Blackbirds,Painted Buntings)---------I am going to stop feeding to try to discourage them. I will leave only those feeders that are able to exclude larger birds. I have noted the increase at least 6 weeks.
