Most definitely not a Yellow-green Vireo based on length of tail and body profile alone. This picture does not show a bird of the Red-eyed Vireo super species complex. Furthermore, it does not have an eye line that I can see.
The long tail and yellow flanks makes me feel that this might be a Bell's Vireo. It would have been nice to have a shot from the side.
