At 2:10 pm while sorting through a large mixed flock of gulls resting at a construction site at 216th Street and 92nd Ave I located an adult Laughing gull marked with a fluorescent orange dye. Is this bird part of a study and to whom should the sighting be reported?
There were approxomately three hundred Turkey Vultures at the Black Point Refuse Disposal site and immediate surrounding areas.
