Stephen is right; it is a bishop. Other than being too early for sparrows (other than Lark Sparrow), this bird shows very long undertail coverts.
It's probably an Orange Bishop, the most common species found outside of captivity in Florida, but ID of "female-plumaged" birds may not be possible. There are records of Yellow-crowned Bishops from Florida.
