I was driving south on I-95 when I spotted a bald eagle standing about five feet off the shoulder of the road.
Moderate traffic was whizzing by at about 70-80 mph but the bird seemed completely oblivious to the noise and the movement.
The sighting was near milepost 189 which is somewhere in the vicinity of Sebastian. Time of the sighting was about 4 PM
