Around 7:00 p.m., there were six Swallow Tail Kites over the nesting area at Sterling Road and SW 148th Avenue in Davie. They were circling for about 1/2 hour. They flew low enough to hear a lot of chatter. At times they were chasing each other in tight circles. I had seen this behavior in the past and it appeared to be the parents teaching their young ones the fine art of soaring.
