Birding @ The Deering Estate

What a slow day we are having today. I came in early to work because I had a canoe tour at 8am. The tides were low and the wading birds where everywhere. My first sighting was a nice one too.

2.White Ibis
3.Great Blue Heron
4.Green Heron
5.Northern Cardinal
6.Blue Jay
7.Red-bellied woodpecker
8.Cattle Egret
9.Great Egret
10.Double-crested cormorant
11.Anhinga
12.Northern Mockingbird
13.Mourning Dove
14.Least Tern
15.Red winged Blackbird
16.Little Blue Heron
17.Laughing Gull

After all it was a good birding day. I’m pretty happy with the outcome. Talk to you birders later and have a good birding days.
