Liz Golden, the Biologist at Cape Florida, has reported an adult Scissor-tailed Flycatcher in Bill Baggs. It is located in an off-limits area north of the mangrove wetlands, but can be viewed from the trail skirting the eastern edge of the wetlands. Birders are asked to stay on the trail and respect the "No Entry" signs posted on the construction road.

To reach the trail, park at the No Name Harbor parking area and walk toward the mangrove wetlands. Just before the first viewing area, a trail sign can be seen. The trail follows the eastern edge, then turns west, eventually ending on the north side of the wetlands. The bird is being seen in a semi-dead tree.
