Last night Nexrad radar was alive with migrants aloft and heading south. After Irene moved off to the NE away from North America, winds changed for the best. As she moved away high pressure built in and upper level as well as surface winds became favorable for migration. Radars in S. FL showed some decent migration last night. It rained hard as a storm cell moved over Miami last night putting down birds between 1-3 a.m. Hit your local migrant traps such as Cape Fl, Matheson, Barnes etc... Post your sightings today it should be a great day for migrants. Even Toe should be happy :)
