Yesterday after work we tried to relocate the Canada Warbler we saw on Sunday with out any success. A light rain made it hard to bird but we still managed to find some nice birds. Eventually we had to leave after 45 minutes of birding because it started to rain harder. We heard the Acadian Fly and were able to locate it an Oak preening its wet feathers. Warblers were around in decent numbers with the best bird being a female Blackpoll Warbler. Prairie Warblers out numbered all other Warblers and Gnatcatchers, yellow birds were rampant. We had a glimpse of a bird that could have been the Canada but the looks were not conclusive. We also heard a Pewee call but could not locate it.

Get out and bird, migrants are arriving everyday :)
