Having missed the TAS walk Saturday to the Sod Farms, I headed out there with a friend yesterday, Sunday. Had never been there before and I also got to see Belle Glade, place I had never been to but always wanted to see. Missed the Phalaropes and Upland Sandpipers as I was not sure where they were being seen (asked some birders I met but I was not clear with their directions as I am not familiar with the area and names). Did see lots of cool birds, had 1 lifer, and also found 2 Rough Green Snakes (caught 1 and took some nice pics of it before letting it go). Some of the birds seen were:

Mottled Duck
Laughing Gull (surprised to see them so inland, at Belle Glade)
Gull-billed Tern
Black Tern
Caspian Tern
Black Skimmers
[All herons, egret, storks and ibises]
Roseate Spoonbill
Black-necked Stilt
Killdeer
Dowitcher sp.
Marbled Godwit (Lifer)
Greater Yelllowlegs
Lesser Yellowlegs
Pectoral Sandpiper
Stilt Sandpiper
Least Sandpiper
Western Sandpiper
Semipalmated Sandpiper
Cooper's Hawk
Bald Eagle
Osprey
Belted Kingfisher
Barn Swallow
