Toe, you know that is a nemesis bird for many (and continues to be for me [at least in Florida]). I had to follow them all the way into the Hudson Valley in NY to get mine.
However, along the way I have found that they do not appreciate sarcasm, and will actively avoid locations containing even a hint of the stuff. Don't be that guy, you'd be responsible for the lack of a Miami-Dade Cerulean in 2011. You don't want that. Really, imagine that being on your head forever more. Heavy stuff.
