Antillean Nighthawk typically gives a 3-6 noted call, sometimes rendered "pitty-pit-pit". It is possible that it may give a 2-noted call, but it might be a Common Nighthawk (or hybrid) call.
Dan Lane found such a bird in Louisiana this spring. You might be interested in his comments on ID-Frontiers, which includes links to recordings. You might also want to listen to some known Antillean vocalizations, e.g. on Xeno-Canto (http://www.xeno-canto.org/).
Dan mentions 2-noted calls from the keys. I've heard such calls at Marathon and have not been sure what to make of them. As both nighthawks are there in breeding season, hybrids cannot be ruled out.
