For weeks I've been trying to do some touch-up painting around the house in the afternoon, but the rains wouldn't allow it. Today I decided to do it after the rains stopped. As my reward, I just had a Mississippi Kite fly over my house heading south. I bet if I'd been out and about looking for one, I wouldn't have come even close. Guess it's better to be lucky than good. Keep looking up folks, they're coming.
I think a Great Divide Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout is on the menu for tonight!
