More Coopers

After my last post, I got an email about another Cooper's making a run on a feeder.

Then today, when walking to my car to go home, I noticed a raptor hanging off the top of the PC building at FIU. No binoculars made it a bit tough to make out, but I was pretty sure it was a Coop. Then it took off and flew into a nearby tree and the long tail was evident. Yes, it was another Cooper's! It was brown so it was another youngster.

Looks like they're having a successful summer here!
