Crimson-fronted Parakeets have the red more limited to forehead and have red on wings (like some of the birds in pic). Scarlet-fronted Parakeets have red extending to the crown and usually don't have red on the bend of the wings (some do so just to complicate matters) and I think I do see at least one that has this characteristic also. None of these birds are seen in Sibley's (nor is the White-eyed). "Parrots of South Florida" by Susan Allene Epps is pretty helpful.
