Blue Jay deaths in the South Miami area

I had a report today(Sunday, 6/27/2004)
of 5 dead Blue Jays from a yard in the South Miami
area( not far from SW62nd Avenue and SW 80th Street ). Have there been reports of Blue Jays being affected by West Nile Virus? I suggested that they call the Florida Wildlife and Conservation Commission. Any other suggestions? Have there been any other reports of similar
bird deaths recently?
