Cooper's Hawks

Today, a male Cooper's Hawk soared over my house in Miami Shores. A few weeks ago, I also found a female Cooper's flying around Barry University not far from here. And, to top it off, I found a pair of the species hanging around the same area of Morningside Park where they bred last year. Has anyone else seen this species lingering around south Florida this summer?
