Short-tailed Hawk at West Lake Park

This afternoon (6/24) I saw a light morph Short-tailed Hawk being
harassed by a Red-winged Blackbird near the water tower in the
southwest area of West Lake Park near the east end of Sheridan Street in Hollywood. Short-tailed's are regular on
the west side of West Lake during the winter but this is the first I've
seen there during the summer.
