Mangrove cuckoo Chapman Field Park

Hi folks,

This morning, 13 Jun 04, Dee and I took a little walk down the road heading east from the ballfileds at Chapman Field Park located along Old Cutler Road south of Matheson Hammock Park. A little way down the road, there is an opening in the mangroves on the right. The bird sang twice around 0800 this morning, We also heard several Prairie warblers, but no Black-whiskered vireos.
