I haven't had much luck looking for White-winged Parakeets recently, but the drought ended today. I drove up to the top level of the Ocean Bank parking garage at the intersection of LeJeune Road and NW 7th Street (there is no charge for using this parking garage). Around noon, and then later in mid-afternoon I had small flocks of the parakeets flying by. The largest flock had nine parakeets and it flew directly over the parking garage, giving me an outstanding look.
