The Red Junglefowl is pretty much established on a few keys. Key Largo has a large amount, but Key West has a couple hundred of them. Compared to the size of the area of Key West, yes, the junglefowl are established. However, authorities there are trying to get rid of the population there, as they are a huge problem. Not only can they be annoying, but they feed on a lot of the native animals there (i.e. Reef Gecko and Green Anole). They are not ABA countable, and probably never will be.
A White-winged Parakeet in Homestead is unusual.
