Yes, I think the MaCu lives in that area since people have been spotting it for some time now. You must start out early and be patient. I think playing a tape initially will certainly help. Listen for a response to make sure it is there and it will come out.
The site is located as you come to enter Black POint marina. Instead of making a right to cross over the canal, keep to the left and head down that small road that has parking on the right hand side. Park near the little bridge (which is half way between the beginning of the road where you enetered and the end point cul de sac. I think you should be able to find it there. Be patient! Good luck.
