Mystery bird: How do you post a photo on this board?

My friend has some great photos of a mystery bird he photograped today. I thought I could ID it but it has me stumped. Bright yellow, dark wings, with white on the outer primaries. Bill is too short for oriole. Need help. Please let me know how to post a photo (I've seen it done by others). He has also had a northern waterthrush at his feeder. (photos of this as well. Thanks.
