While driving on CR 827 on the way back from the Barn Owl site, Bryant Roberts and Arthur Sissman, who were ahead of us in Arthur's van, spotted a Limpkin in the canal that parallels the road. It then flew west down the canal. I has hoping that Felipe would arrive soon enough to get yet another lifer, but apparently, it was not to be.
