Cutler Wetlands-Black-bellied Whistling Ducks

I saw about 20 Black-bellied Whistling Ducks at the East side of the main pond--They are gorgeous as usual! A few Black-necked Stilt babies were walking along the shallow ponds on the East side quite close to the road---very cute!
