OK, we are at 139 with ten days to go. Sam Derling (Trey) and I picked up Wild Turkey and Greater Yellowlegs over the weekend, but we still haven't found a Clapper Rail, Lesser Yellowlegs, Willet, or Wood Duck, species that we had last year. So, again here is a list of birds to keep and eye out for in Dade County. Please report sightings of any of the following:

Fulvous Whistling Duck
Canada Goose
Northern Gannett (you folks on the coast, look for juvies heading north)
American White Pelican
Short-tailed Hawk
Clapper Rail
Lesser Yellowlegs
Willet
Sanderling
Herring Gull
Gull-billed Tern
Caspian Tern
Smooth-billed Ani
House Finch

Other pelagics we still need, in case anybody is out on a boat, are Greater, Sooty, Manx, and Audubon's Shearwater, Masked Booby, White-tailed and Red-billed Tropicbird, Sooty Tern, Brown Noddy, and Pomarine Jaeger.
