Assuming your wheelchair can make it past the gate, you'll have no problem getting to the west pond. You won't be able to access the east pond; the brush is too thick to make it with a wheelchair. You won't be missing anything, though. When I visited this afternoon, everything at the east pond was also at the west pond.
