If you're at 97 and 248 you're almost at Dump Marsh. Just continue on 97 south across 248 and at the fence turn left on the dirt road until it ends at a bridge and gate. Park alogn the fence without blocking the gate and walk over the bridge. There is a pond to the south of the wastewater facility, and another if you take the levee east from the gate where you parked. This other pond is no longer visible from the levee due to high vegetation but there is a way to see it by through the vegetation almost at the east end. This is best done with someone who knows the place.
