The Florida Breeding Bird Atlas website shows the Homestead location as being south of Keys Gate. The other Dade location is in the Arsenicker Keys.
If you want to find a Northern Rough-winged Swallow in Miami-Dade during June, I would suggest searching in Taylor WMA, anywhere north of Tamiami Trail and north of Krome Avenue.
