Other than the paper alluded to by Daria, I'm not aware of any attempt to census the entire population. I was surprised that 40 Blue-and-yellow Macaws were reported in the county on CBCs: 12 at Dade County and 28 at Kendall Area. Of course, I can't be sure that there was no double-counting, or of one or more flocks potentially moving between the 2 circles, the borders of which are quite close.
