bulbuls in Cutler Bay?

For the past several weeks a pair of red-whiskered bulbuls have made daily appearances in my yard in Cutler Bay. I've seen bulbuls in Pinecrest and in the Kendall area, but this is a first for my backyard list.Have bulbuls been seen with any frequency in Cutler Bay? Also, does anyone know if the large Knight Anole that hangs out in the pavonia tree that they often visit constitutes a threat to birds this size?
