Roseate Tern, try the Government Center in Marathon where they nest on the roof with the Least Terns.
Gray Kingbird. Can easily be found in Marathon or anywhere in the keys. Just keep checking the wires and treetops. They are also widespread on the mainland, esp. near the coast.
Antillean Nighthawks. Dusk at Marathon Airport
Mangrove Cuckoo. People have had success lately at Dagny Johnson Botanical State Park in Key Largo.
