Hi,
I easily found the Florida Scrub Jay at Merrit Island National Wildlife Reuge which is about a 2 hour drive north of West Palm area. I was visiting my brother who lives in Lake Worth this past January. There may be places where it can be found closer but this is a pretty reliable spot. Ask at the Visitor Center when you arrive for the latest sightings.
