If it's not a Blue Jay -- and Brian is right that the chances of the bird being a Florida Scrub-Jay is vanishingly small -- try to get a photo. Three other species of blue jays (i.e., Black-throated Magpie-Jay, Azure Jay, and Black-chested Jay), and have been seen in Florida as a result of escapees from captivity, and other species are possible.
