Gloria, My personal opinion is NOT to move the nest. If your cats cannot be kept indoors until the youngsters have fully fledged (several days out of the nest), perhaps you can erect a plywood barricade in your yard to help prevent your cats and other predators entry. I doubt that chicken wire will do the job. From my past experience, incubation is about 2 weeks plus another couple of weeks before fledging. Good luck ... and let us know the outcome please.
